General introduction: this product is a powder coating made of special formula and production technology, which is suitable for MDF coating. The coating film has excellent mechanical properties and indoor decoration properties, which can be widely used for surface coating of modern furniture industry. Generally, it is not recommended to apply directly to the surface coating of various outdoor articles.

Products: can be made into a variety of colors and metallic flash effect of sand or hammer coating.

Powder physical properties: specific gravity (g/cm3, 25℃) :1.2-1.8 particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 microns (can be adjusted according to the special requirements of coating)

Solidification strip: 120-1601 (refer to surface temperature of MDF plate), 20 min. Ovens can be used ordinary hot air circulation oven or drying path. If the conditions permit, the coating can be quickly accelerated with infrared oven for hot leveling, and then sent to the ordinary oven for curing.

Average coverage: approx. 8-9 m2 / kg, film thickness 60 microns (calculated at 100% powder coating utilization rate)
