General introduction: powder coating made of carboxyl polyester resin, often referred to as weatherproof powder coating. Mainly used for building doors and Windows, curtain wall aluminum, aluminum ceiling, airport outdoor facilities, road guardrail, isolation device, municipal engineering facilities, light box, air conditioning outdoor equipment, outdoor fitness and leisure equipment, lawn mower and so on.

Products: high gloss (above 80%), semi-gloss (50%-80%), flat gloss (20%-50%) and dull (below 20%). (the gloss can be controlled according to the user's needs)

Powder physical properties: specific gravity (g/ cm3, 25℃) :1.4-1.7 particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 microns (can be adjusted according to the special requirements of coating)

Solidification strip: 200℃ (operating temperature), 10 minutes

Average coverage: 9-12 m2 / kg, film thickness 60 microns (calculated at 100% powder coating utilization).
